1. We do all of your invitations online. We send out a reminder prior to the party and help you with all promotion of the party.
2. We provide wine for an evening party or champagne for mimosa’s for a Sunday brunch!
3. We provide little sweet treat bags for all attendees with special bags for those that bring a friend & jewelry pouches to anyone that books a future party.
4. As a host you receive 10% cash/or check payout on all of the gold sold at your home.

What Happens at a Party:

Two appraisers will sit privately one on one, with each of your guests. They will determine carat, weight and value of each piece with your guest. Many guests are unsure if a piece may be gold or gold plated. We test each piece and tell them the value of each. They can decide whether to keep it or not…….no pressure.

Rest assured we’ve done our homework & know that our payout at our parties will most often beat the payout at any jewelry store. We have had several attendees have their gold appraised prior to coming to a party, and each time we have offered them more, (sometimes considerably more) than the store they went to.

At Naperville Jewelry & Loan we deal with buying and selling jewelry , collectables, designer handbags, sports memorabilia, antiques, coins, electronics, trading cards, etc…..anything with a resale value that can fit in our shop. The “gold party” is one small aspect of what we do, so we don’t look to make a killing on it. Just enough to make it worth our while to come out to your home and cover our costs of refining. Our hope is that by introducing ourselves to you and your friends; you will consider us and our store in the future for selling or buying resale.

Parties can be booked on weekday evenings, weekend evenings or Sunday afternoons. Want a theme? Want to add the gold party to a book club gathering, bunco or card group; no problem, we’ll tailor the invite to fit your theme. Small groups can also be accommodated at the store during business hours.
